My name is Todd Bayer

I began my career alongside my mom in her real estate appraisal business, and by the age of 23, I purchased my first investment property. Since then, I have launched two hard money lending companies, a mid-sized house flipping company, one of the nation’s leading real estate investment clubs (The Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club), and a real estate radio show on NBC News Radio (The Flip Flop Investor Show). Additionally, I ventured into tiny home manufacturing and later mobile home manufacturing. However, despite many successes, everything eventually unraveled. The journey has been intricate, but the most important lesson I've learned is that I’ve gained invaluable insights and am now ready to move forward.

While my logo may seem simplistic, it carries a profound significance. The scribble symbolizes my past, which I am leaving behind but still acknowledge. My experiences have molded my future and my approach to business. Moving forward, my primary investment strategy will prioritize cash flow. Although flipping homes can be enjoyable, it does not lead to long-term wealth.

The fact is, I am now a better investor than I have ever been. My real estate deals were always rigorously underwritten. Now I bring 20 years of hard-earned lessons to my approach, enhancing deals with an even higher likelihood of success, often collaborating with teams that have proven track records. I look forward to the opportunity to work together.
